Features
1. Ultra-Wide Inductance Range: 15–2000 μH
The detector supports an ultra-wide loop inductance range of 15–2000 μH, making it compatible with loops of different sizes, shapes, and numbers of turns.
It can reliably detect a wide range of vehicle types, including motorcycles, passenger cars, vans, trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, and long trailers. Vehicles with different chassis heights and metal masses can be detected accurately, making the detector suitable for various entrances, exits, roads, and traffic control applications.
2. Independent Pulse Relay and Presence Relay Outputs
The detector features two independent relay outputs: a pulse relay and a presence relay. Each output can be connected to a different control device without interfering with the other.
The pulse relay provides a momentary trigger signal for applications such as opening a barrier gate, activating a camera, or starting equipment.
The presence relay provides a continuous vehicle-presence signal for applications such as barrier anti-crushing protection and vehicle occupancy detection.
One detector can therefore support both trigger control and continuous presence monitoring.
3. Adjustable Presence Relay Delay
The presence relay supports an adjustable release delay. The delay time can be configured according to the actual traffic flow and operating requirements.
This function helps reduce false triggering caused by vehicles following too closely, pedestrians entering the detection area, or short-term electromagnetic interference. It also ensures smoother barrier closing and equipment operation while reducing unnecessary repeated switching.
4. Unlimited Vehicle Presence Time
The detector supports continuous vehicle presence output without a time limit.
When a vehicle remains above the loop for an extended period, the presence relay stays activated and does not automatically reset due to timeout.
This is ideal for truck loading areas, parking space occupancy detection, slow-moving long vehicles, and other applications where vehicles may remain on the loop for a long time. It helps prevent accidental barrier closing or unexpected equipment shutdown.
5. 16-Level Sensitivity Adjustment
The detector provides 16 sensitivity levels for precise field adjustment.
Sensitivity can be configured according to the loop size, installation depth, electromagnetic environment, and target vehicle type.
Higher sensitivity can be selected for motorcycles or smaller vehicles, while lower sensitivity can be used in environments with strong electrical interference to reduce false triggering.
6. ASB Automatic Sensitivity Boost
The built-in ABS automatic sensitivity boost function increases sensitivity after a vehicle is detected and continuously maintains vehicle presence detection.
This function is especially useful for high-chassis trucks, trailers, and long vehicles with relatively weak metal induction signals.
It helps prevent signal loss while the vehicle is passing over the loop, ensuring stable and continuous detection throughout the entire vehicle passage.
7. Four Selectable Operating Frequencies
The detector provides four selectable operating frequencies.
In applications with adjacent loops, multiple lanes, dual-loop systems, or closely installed parking spaces, nearby loops can be set to different frequencies.
This effectively reduces electromagnetic crosstalk between loops and helps prevent false triggering or missed detection in multi-device installations.
8. Wide Power Supply Range
The detector is available with wide-voltage power supply options:
This allows direct installation in parking facilities, industrial parks, toll stations, construction sites, and other locations with different power supply conditions.
No additional dedicated power conversion equipment is required, reducing installation complexity and cost.
9. Plug-In Base Design
The detector uses a detachable plug-in structure consisting of a mounting base and a main unit.
The base can be installed and wired in advance. During commissioning or maintenance, the main unit can simply be plugged into the base.
This design makes installation, replacement, and maintenance faster and eliminates the need to reconnect all wiring when changing the detector.
10. DIP Switch Parameter Setting
All major parameters are adjusted through physical DIP switches.
No computer, software, or programming tool is required. Installers can quickly configure sensitivity, operating frequency, relay delay, and other settings directly on site.
This simplifies commissioning and significantly reduces installation time.
11. LED Status Indicators
The detector is equipped with LED status indicators for quick fault diagnosis.
Different indicator states help users distinguish between detector faults and loop circuit faults.
Maintenance personnel can quickly identify the source of a problem without checking every wire individually, reducing troubleshooting and repair time.
12. Reset Button
The built-in Reset button allows the detector to restart quickly during commissioning or operation.
If the detector freezes, operates abnormally, or requires recalibration, pressing the Reset button restores normal operation without disconnecting the power or rewiring the system.
This makes field commissioning and fault recovery faster and more efficient.

Sensitivity Adjustment
SWITCH1 is a 16-position rotary switch used to adjust detection sensitivity. The available settings range from 0–9 and A–F. Please use a small flat-head screwdriver to rotate the switch until the arrow points to the required setting.
Sensitivity increases progressively from 0 to F:
- 0: Lowest sensitivity
- F: Highest sensitivity
If vehicles are not detected reliably, please increase the sensitivity gradually. If false triggering occurs, please reduce the sensitivity. It is recommended to adjust one level at a time and select the most suitable setting according to actual site conditions.

DIP 1: Delayed Confirmation and High-Speed Vehicle Filtering
When DIP 1 is set to ON, the relay output is delayed by approximately 2 seconds after a vehicle is detected. Vehicles travelling faster than 8 km/h will not trigger the relay output.
When a vehicle enters the induction loop, the system does not activate the relay immediately. It waits for approximately 2 seconds and only outputs a signal if the vehicle remains within the loop detection area.
This function helps filter out fast-moving vehicles or vehicles that pass briefly over the loop, reducing false triggering. It also ensures that the vehicle has slowed down, stopped, or reached the designated position before activating equipment such as a barrier gate, camera, or weighing system.
This function is suitable for parking entrances, toll stations, vehicle inspection areas, weighbridges, and other applications requiring low-speed vehicle confirmation.

DIP 3 & DIP 4: Relay B Output Mode
DIP 3 and DIP 4 are used to configure the operating mode of Relay B.
DIP 3 OFF / DIP 4 OFF — Entry Pulse Output Relay B generates a momentary pulse when a vehicle enters the induction loop. This mode is suitable for barrier activation, entry image capture, and vehicle counting.
DIP 3 ON / DIP 4 OFF — Exit Pulse Output Relay B generates a momentary pulse when a vehicle leaves the induction loop. This mode is suitable for exit image capture, departure counting, and other exit-triggered functions.
DIP 3 OFF / DIP 4 ON — Presence Output Relay B remains activated while a vehicle is present over the loop and resets after the vehicle leaves. This mode is suitable for barrier anti-crushing protection, vehicle presence confirmation, and gate-hold-open applications.
DIP 3 ON / DIP 4 ON — Relay B Disabled Only Relay A provides an output, while Relay B is disabled. This mode is suitable for applications requiring a single relay output.

DIP 5: Vehicle Presence Mode
DIP 5 is used to configure the vehicle presence detection mode.
DIP 5 ON — Permanent Presence Mode The detector maintains the vehicle presence output continuously while the vehicle remains over the loop. The output resets only after the vehicle leaves. This mode is suitable for barrier anti-crushing protection, gate hold-open control, and long-term vehicle presence detection.
DIP 5 OFF — Limited Presence Mode If a vehicle remains over the loop beyond the preset period, the detector automatically resets and treats the loop as unoccupied. This mode helps reduce unwanted operation caused by prolonged vehicle presence or environmental interference.
For standard applications, it is recommended to set DIP 5 to OFF.

DIP 6, DIP 7 & DIP 8: Relay A Release Delay
DIP 6, DIP 7, and DIP 8 are used to set how long Relay A remains activated after the vehicle leaves the induction loop. The relay resets automatically once the selected delay time has elapsed.
Available delay settings:
- OFF / OFF / OFF: 0 seconds
- ON / OFF / OFF: 2 seconds
- OFF / ON / OFF: 5 seconds
- ON / ON / OFF: 8 seconds
- OFF / OFF / ON: 10 seconds
- ON / OFF / ON: 15 seconds
- OFF / ON / ON: 20 seconds
- ON / ON / ON: 30 seconds
This function is suitable for delayed barrier closing, gate hold-open control, continuous vehicle passage, and applications requiring additional response time for cameras, controllers, or other connected equipment.
